“Gastro by Elemento has brought a new language to the city: it is the first restaurant in Portugal focused on grilling to earn a MICHELIN Star. Led by chef Ricardo Dias Ferreira, the space, with its minimalist and industrial aesthetic, is organized around a U-shaped counter that allows you to follow the kitchen in real time. The tasting menu, guided by seasonality, explores mainly the sea and working with fire, revealing a precise technical approach and a contemporary interpretation of an ancestral element.”
